Refund Policy

  • Service Quality & Faulty Workmanship: If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, please contact us within 7 days. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, if services are found to be faulty or not carried out with reasonable care and skill, we will first attempt to rectify the issue at no additional cost. If a repair is not possible, a partial or full refund will be considered.

  • Statutory Cooling-Off Period: For contracts agreed upon at your home or online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel without a reason.

    • If you request work to begin immediately within this period, you must pay for services provided up to the point of cancellation.

    • Once a job is fully completed within these 14 days, the right to cancel is lost.

  • Parts and Materials: Returns for physical goods (e.g., taps, radiators) are generally accepted within 30 days if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

    • Bespoke or custom-manufactured items are typically non-refundable.

    • A restocking fee (often 15%–35%) may apply for non-faulty returns.

  • Cancellations & Deposits: Cancellations made after the cooling-off period or within a short window of the appointment (e.g., less than 24–72 hours) may result in the loss of a deposit to cover administrative or material costs already incurred.

  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval.
